looking for hosting

hello im looking for reseller hosting for around $10 or less, 10 gigs of space and 20+GBs of bandwidth would be nice. all the regular scripts, php, javascript etc. sql databases 50+addon domains custom mx records cpanel

or a vps with above but i must be able to run my irc server for $10 - $20 ( i know im not going to get a pla like this for that money but ill ask anyway)

I strongly suggest you go for a VPS or if you have the money, dedicated. Don't buy a reseller. If you host IRC on reseller it's good as hosting IRC on a shared account. Offering you a reseller by saying VPS is not suitable is - wrong.

Find a VPS provider who allows IRC or better, get specialized IRC hosting.

Definately not a reseller.
