Help me find a good, cheap host!

I need a cheap (up to $7/month, no setup fee) reliable host that provides this stuff:

Data Storage: 5mb or more
Data Transfer: 5GB/month or more
24/7 FTP Access, unlimited transfers
Server Side Includes
Virtual hosting - e.g. myname.com
FREE domain transfer (as i've already bought my domain)

I need a cheap, up to $7/month (as i said) and i don't want to pay any setup fee, this is important! Also, the host must be pretty fast and reliable (at least a 99% uptime if possible). And it would be great if the host is well known...

Not from own experience but I understand that tera-byte has a great rep. Their plan 2 seems to fit you. Take a look at it.

If you don't need CGI and are really cheap ;) you may want to take a look at www.discount-hosting.com at $10/year. The comments here have been that they are good and fast despite the low price.
