I got the confirmation email but the link to the banner ad you have to download is 404, guess there gonna shut me down in 2 days:(

I just got a confirmation email too. But their website appears to be down right now.

I got the confirmation mail as well, but I have 2 questions:

1. It says that you have to place their ad banner within 2 days of activation of your website, does it mean that I have to upload my website within 2 days otherwise the account will be deleted? Or does it just mean that I can upload a week later and only then I have to put the banner on?

2. Do I have to put their banner on every single page or only the main page?

every page I presume, but who cares? I just want the banner code so they dont delete me
