MySQL
CGI (you own cgi-bin)
Python
subdomain (name.site-32.com)
The only downside is that I can only give 250MB of transfer. Is there anyone interested?
I can only offer this to TWO active and good sites. Is there anyone interested?

No, I'm not. I don't exactly know the conection of the server, but It has decent speed. If there is real need, I can rase the transfer to 500MB.

Yes, there is SSI.
You can have password protected dires, but no .htaccess.

My site is still under construction but it would be nice when my forum get hosted. It is well visited and have already more than 1000 posts. But my host (Spaceports) is often down.

I don't get what your talking about? I just want to give hosting to good sites, crap sites can get hosting from f2s or geocities. Ther is nothing in it for me (exept a minor incres in trafic).

The Services provided to you hereunder and your account with us cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than you.
So that means I cannot give any space, sorry:( :o.
