hi everyone, i have been having some problems with my computer for some time now and figure i would see if you guys might be able to tell me what the problem may be since i hate taking my computer in to get fixed.
ok
everytime i connect to the net then go to access netscape i get this error "server busy: this action cannot be completed because the dial up connection program is not responding. Click the appropriate button on the taskbar to activate the program and correct the problem." check the uploaded pic to see what i'm talking about.
the thing is the dial up connection works fine, i connect close netscape then i have use ctrl-alt-del and end task on the "server busy" thing and open netscape again and all is fine. but this it doesn't happen when i connect right after restarting my computer.
so does anyone know what might be causing this problem? i've had it for like 6 months now and am getting sick of it.
and another problem i am having which i think is probably a memory problem is whenever netscape gets an illegal error or when i close a bunch of windows at once or close my eudora mail program, my computer freezes for a few minutes, sometime i have to restart it. is that some kind of memory problem? i have 128 megs of ram about about 1.5 gigs of free space of my P2 350mhz computer. i know this is a long message but if anyone can give me some advise i would really appreicate it.
