Could someone list a bunch of hosts they recommend? I prefer only that you list hosts that are reliable (good uptime, fast and will be around a while) and have a yearly fee of under $200 US.

I'm sure you will find plenty with packages under $200, if you could be more specific, we could point you in the direction of a host catering to your specific needs.
