Hi
I need a cgi script written which will create a fomr on the fly and then process it into an email - details/outline below.

I operate a small accommodation directory site for Australia.
What I want to do is use the same enquiry form across the site., allowing persons to make accommodation bookings with different
Guest Houses.

So I would like to be able to have a link on a Guest house's listing which calls a cgi form. It would be good if the cgi script called a template form (so I can easly change it if needed over time).

When the script is called from a hyper link on a web page, I want to be able to pass the email address to the form which is created on the fly.

So a web page link might be something like /cgi/mail.cgi?me@hello.com.au, which will call the form which is made on the fly.

I need the script to be able to send a copy of the form to me and a copy to the person completing it.

My server uses sendmail

If someone knows where a script of this nature exists, great or If some one is interested in writing this for me, please email me to discuss terms
