What can I get for that server wise? I want something cheaper to start off with, but I want a reliable server... might upgrade later if business goes well... also is there a way of getting like a 10 day trial without having to give all information so I can convince my dad to help me out with this so I can get the server right away?

You can get a server for that price, not anything that I'd recommend for production use though. Also, be careful who you get something with that price from.
