Hi, ok.
I'm lookin for a rather cheapish host. The most I can afford is $10 a month with a $10 one time only set up fee.
Here are some hosts I know about:

http://oneononeinternet.com/
http://www.ntidesign.com/
http://www.1stave.com/
http://www.timiconsulting.com/
http://www.addr.com/
http://www.up-to-date.net/
http://www.hostrocket.com/
http://www.site5.com
http://hostsave.com/
http://www.11net.com/
http://www.79centhosting.com/
http://www.hostandsave.com/
http://best-host.net/
http://www.southernwebhosting.com/
http://www.casahosting.com/
http://services.superb.net/
http://www.hosttoday.co.uk/
http://www.web-spring.net/
http://worldhostingonline.com/
http://www.novanix.com/
http://activewebhosting.com/
http://my-security.net/
http://www.phpwebhosting.com/
www.2mhost.com
http://www.hostmatters.com/
http://aletiahosting.com/
http://verahosting.com/
http://www.inoverse.com

I'm very interested in http://www.hosttoday.co.uk/ and I was wondering has anyone had any experience with http://www.hosttoday.co.uk/ or even http://activewebhosting.com/ as they also look quite good.
Out of HostToday.co.uk and ActiveWebHosting.com which would you recommend, and what kind of experience have you had with the other hosts listed? Good or bad experiences??
Thanks!!

PS:

The question is also written below to make it easier.

list]
What Experience Have You Had With All The Hosts Listed?
What Kind Of Experience Have You Had With HostToday.co.uk?
What Kind Of Experience Have You Had With ActiveWebHosting.com?
Which do you think is better, ActiveWebHosting.com or Hosttoday.co.uk?
What Other Host Of Your Own Would You Recommend?
[/list]

Thanks!

Dang, that long list of hosts and we're not even on there..LOL. Regardless.....I would go through each one of those and weed out all the ones that offer anything "unlimited". Then come back and ask about the remaining ones..

cough cough 2mhost gag cough ....Excuse me! My soda went down the wrong pipe..

Don't feel bad Webdude, neither are we. Or valuablehost or servus.ws and a lot more.

Out of that list I recommend and only recommend hostrocket.com and hostmatters.com

Hostyard has a history of problems.. last time I checked the owner/support team disappeared. heh.

I can't even believe why you have ADDR (Gasp) listed there... they are horrible.

I suggest you look at http://www.dim8.net , http://www.valuablehost.com , or http://www.below10host.com .

aletiahosting.com has been pretty good to me.. Support team is pretty good and knowledgeable.. I haven't had any trouble finding support and have not had a support issue linger very long since they're usually quick about things..

Some of those places seem real good!
Thanks, the ones that I've got on my list that are bad is only because I searched the Net ages ago and keep adding every time I see a new host.
I was going to go with HostRocket until I then saw it said it's only (For the Economy Plan) $9.95 if you pick the 24 month plan, and I don't feel like having my website with them for 2 years unless needed. Plus I can't actually afford more than $10 a month, unless I wait until the end of this year.
Alot of people say aletiahosting.com is good, their offers seem good.

Has anyone used ActiveWebHosting? All of their customers are happyl except afew who have complaied they installed their MySQL databases wrongly. Has anyone here actually been with ActiveWebhosting and can say whether they found it good or bad?

Also has anyone been with HostToday.co.uk and can you say whether they're good or bad??

Thanks!
