Is GTXCash.com good or bad? I've gotten spam mail from them before but I want to know if they are legit.

They have sent me spam where they signed me up for an account without me actually having to go there and sign up - they have sent such emails to 4 email accounts I have -
I haven't used them but just based on the fact they sign you up w/o you doing anything I would avoid them
