I dont think you will get domain name in yahoo rates at other registrars those supports paypal. IMO, you should opt for reliable and reputed registrars. Another option you can take godaddy hosting package along with that you will get domain name at $1.99. Godaddy supports payment through paypal.

Yahoo are offering domain names at $9.95 USD /year (on special for $2.99 USD /year).
Universal Webmasters offer domain names for $8.75 USD /year but currently Universal Webmasters are offering .com & .net domains for $7.70 and support PayPal.

IMO, namecheap is also good and reputed registrar. Netfirms is offering domain at $4.95 per year registration and Domainsite is offering domain registration with basic plan at just $6.99. They are also good and reliable registrar. You should visit their site. :-)

DomainSite.com's $6.99 is probably the lowest PayPal-accepting price around withOUT any promotion/loss-leader. They are also an ICANN-accredited registrar.
