I have to make 2 suggestions...
1) the ''.: Welcome :.'' thing should be at the height of '.::Site Stats'
2) Put the BidVertiser ads in a block...

Definately agree there, and mayby your should put the bidvertiser to the right right in it's own column or something.

Agreed slightly. I suggest (if possible) a simple text hit counter.
