I had a server with them for about 6 months, there were a lot of issues generally with them and they often get bad press, however, I personally never suffered any issue in my time with them.
Despite the name, I think you'll find that the servers are not managed though, so you'll need to be a sysadmin or hire one.

Managed has improved dramatically over the last few months you might want to read up on http://www.webhostingtalk.com

Managed has some good reviews, but plenty of bad ones as well. If I was looking for a server I would not depend on improvements of the last few months.
There are plenty of other providers in the market with less negative rumours.
