The term "free webhosting" is trying to trick the end user to make it seem like a better deal. It does not include free webhosting because that should be automatically included in to the price.

I recomend you Erudnet.com , ask them maybe they will make you some custom plan, their shoutcasting is excelent, I never had problems with their services.. go and check it ;)
