looking for domain for 6 euro

OKay as the title says

I need a place to register a domain for at max 6 euro, and i got a paypal account that is not verified cause i do not own a blimmen credit card therefore i can not verify it :S

Does any one know where i can do this?

I need it quick before this domain goes.
