Need help with PHP website.

hi guys... i need a little help. hope someone can help me.. as i bought a website called deshijokes.com and it made by PHP script. and i have no idea about php, i only know html. so i wana add a page into header for link section.
so can you guys give me an idea how do i add a link page to my header?
as u can see Home, Top10 jokes, New jokes, Funny pictures, submit jokes, submit pictures, and next it will be link page. how can i add there? thanks in advance.

ok.. i want to add a page where i will add other website address. like my friends website add, some directory add, some advertising add.
which will be link page. such as friends link. so how do i add a section or page on php script? my website, www.deshijokes.com

It shouldn't be that hard, but it's a bit hard to explain.

If I understand this correctly you want to make a section where you want ads... if this is so you should make a script that displays random items. I recommend you take a look at this page http://ca.php.net/manual/en/function.rand.php and you can learn how to do this.
