Birthday Ballons

I'll be celebrating the one year mark of my website next month and I wanted to know if there is any script that'll make ballons or any other celebrating type thing to fly accross the screen on my main page at www.3rdgen.org

If you go to http://www.cheaptickets.com you'll see a airplane fly accross the screen. I want something like that but to celebrate the aniversery/birthday :)
