A few questions about Mektek

What Opeating System are they using
Do cgi's work? I tried installing UBB 6 but it didnt work

I think its a unix server because I CHMODED my newspro files. HOWEVER, I tried to install newspro and when I attempt to execute the cgi file it comes up with the text version. This is what it comes up with (http://www.mektek.net/~elcrapo/cgi-bin/newspro/newspro.cgi). I don't know if the cgi is working properly, maybe we have to ask to activate it or something? I emailed them with my problem but they haven't responded, yet.
