I found that Angelfire (http://www.angelfire.com) is pretty good at hosting media files. They give you 50mb, but there is no script support & you have to upload your files via their file manager. There is also an ad placed at the top of each page, but you can edit that to a pop up ad under preferences. Hope that helps ya bud! =)

When I wanted to share a dbz music vid clip, I made an account for people to dl from. Took me a second to find the page again, but here is an example.

I guess you can download the file to check the speed, unless you really have something against dbz. =P
