Well I cant say that.... I was with them when you picked what banners you wanted... I stopped running their ads but came back when they made the switch to one code. The guy told me he took all my old accounts and put them in one and that I had $18+.

Well I used them for a few weeks but decided I still didnt like them so I removed their banners yet again. I went back a month later to check them out and see how much I needed to get a check and I couldnt login. Support never did really help. All I got was that they couldnt find my account, yet they have my email now to spam me about this new thing they are doing.

Pennyweb has a below average reputation. They've been around for like 5 years, and they basically pay when they feel like paying. That's about 80% of the time. So they do pay, but if they're in financial trouble they might just cancel your account. Their reputation for the last 2 years is much better than it was in the beginning though.
