I have a dedicated server with 120 gb space 1000 gb BW . Costs 150$ per month . I would like some hosting company with low resources to have a partnership to get clients and share the profits . what % are you willing to give
what is the server specs
what data center
what is installed on it
what is the support like

to tell the truth m8 i dont no any good server company that will take this on
i no we would not come to think of it
your best bet is to see some of your m8's and see if thay wanna chip in with you and make your own hosting company
the main problem with the offer you have made is trust
you are asking ppl that you have never delt with beore to trust there companys repution on you and your server
