a nice little program I came across for switching on and off startup items - much nicer than the selective startup in MSconfig

You don't delete entries permanently right off. They go to the tab called...[mew starting app]...Ah! Deleted. From there you can restore or permanently delete them.

Hope this helps.

Why do need an app for that. You msconfig.exe :p

edit: it's the same thing.

edit: it's the same thing. because MSconfig was written by MS and therefore doesn't do what it should.

This app lets you disable things that MSconfig won't.

Ah, but you see some of us have more than 20 enties in there. Then it's handy with a quick tool to check if an newly installed app has decided to start itself with windows. :p
