Macromedia Flash 8 (tutorials?)

Hi i just downloaded the trial and am trying t:-) learn flash but i can not find any tutorials on it or anything like that.

Can anyone post some links to some FREE tutorials to learn how to use macromedia flash 8 thanks

nope but i was looking for somthing like a photoshop tutorial in that way but for flash :D
