Banner Design needed for website banner - Post your price!

I'm looking to purchase a banner for a website I'm creating. Size will be around 700px-80px but that may change. It's for a technology/computer product review site so it needs to have that theme. This is what I'm looking for:

Maintext: TechLookout
Slogan: One stop for tech & computer reviews
Colors: The website isn't online but I will send you the url. The banner's colors will need to match the site.
Theme: Needs to have a technology/computer theme (not just a text banner!)

This is a paying job and I'm looking for a quality product. Please reply or PM me with your price as well as some of your other work. I will pay half via Paypal then half when I like it (you're welcome to leave watermark on to show it to me).

PM me with what you want it to look like, the colors etc. but I won't charge you for the actual work until you like it. I do not have any of my work available right now. Like I said I will make it for you, if you like it I will give it to you for a price, if you don't like it, I will just delete it and you can get it from somewhere else. :) Also are you sure you don't want 700 x 80? The specifications you put down makes it a vertical banner, not a horizontal one.
