as far as the layout goes really good
Just a few things though

that scrolling words part in the top left should have more room in 800X600 you can barly even read it

also in the title where you made the top right and bottom left corners shaved off (or tried to make it look like it) the lines arn't lined up, for that I would make it a gif and make the two corners transparent;)
