Under "Account Functions" in the left nav bar, select "Create a New Account". Then enter in the info.

Are you using the standard or extended interface of whm?

It sounds like a limited version. I've never had a correctly created WHM that didn't have a Create function enabled. Ask your host.

What options do you have under Account Functions? Just curious.

Your web host probably forgot to update your reseller profiles properly from the root WHM.

Wow, that's almost nothing. You need to talk to your host and have him enable all WHM functions.

A WHM with no create account function is good as no WHM.
