Hey all, I'm new here. I used to have a great host with most of the features I wanted. www.ms-network.net but their phone company would no longer let them host websites. Now I'm looking for something that's free, I could maybe go into something that's relatively cheap. I need...

-CGI Access
-SSI
-FTP/Browser upload
-At least 15/20 mb
-Be able to put up small mp3 files(not a need a want though)
-PHP/PHP3(not a need a want though)
-Hopefully a subdomain
-No ads! I hate ads!
-It doesn't have to allow me to post my own paid ads
-I'd like to have access to change my .htaccess file

I'll post more if I think of more. I have time though, because I didn't take time writing my site so there are a few syntactical errors to take care of. Any help please post. Thanks!

I just signed up for badpenguin.net because it was simple and had some of the features I needed. Heard anything about it...good or bad?

Bad Penguin is run off a cable modem, so they might not last very long, if you dont mind a little downtime, stick with 'em and backup your files reguarly :)
