can any1 guide me 2 register a .be domain @ registerfly.com

this is d following step i did :
1) searched for a domain
2) added 2 cart
3) created my profile
4) checkout
5) moneybookers payment method

till here it was all fine after that when i hit d pay button d page redirects 2 moneybooker and i c invalid amount i guess this is due to 0$ payment can any one tell me a alternative way.
