I've had experience with an european affiliate program named TradeDoubler.com.

I'm from Sweden and TradeDoubler started up here two years ago, they sometimes pay up to $0.2/click but mostly around $0.05. However they pay, they have great support and is a very serious company.

I recommend them for all swedish (and european) webmasters. TradeDoubler is great for those of us who've experienced problems with oversea-companys (US).

Yes, Tradedoubler is good and I use it for a swedish movie site bio.nu. In general it pays better than similar US ad networks like CJ. Tradedoubler is almost the only option for swedish small or medium sized sites at the moment. Or are there any other good ones?

Yes I believe there is one other than TD, though it's only available for companys and it's not as flexible as TradeDoubler. I think the name is dayrates or something like that.
