I need a free host which allows media files with no size limit (maybe 7Megs), with FTP, with 50 Megs at least and hotlinking. All other features doesn't matter. Does anybody knows such a host?

You could try Hypermart (http://www.hypermart.net) but I would't recommend it. They now ask for a credit card number when you sign up for the free version [in case you exceed their 500 megs of bandwidth limit] and thy have either one or two popups depending on how many hits that page is getting. They use the UNIX FreeBSD Operating system and they also allow
SSI,
CGI/PERL,
domain hosting,
50 megs of space,
500 megs of bandwidth,
and some other stuff I can't remember right now. You have access to they PERL Error Log and they give you an email account.

The pay-for version offers all of that plus:
PHP
MySQL
More space

The downside to e-commerce sites is that they have to send their cgi scripts to hypermart to get them approved before they can use them because cgi scripts can be used to steal credit card numbers. They have an "Advanced Online HTML Editor" which is OK but I recommend NotePad if you have Windows.
