i need a host who would let me link to anime files on my other file host servers(files i've uploaded)

i would to start with 50megs of space (need to be upgradable)
as much bandwith as possible
php, html, cpanel, ftp access, and 1 or more mysql databases.

i would to have no ads at all. and a good uptime
