The power of Micrografx Webtricity 2 is unlike any other program on
the market. It includes four powerful, award-winning software
applications: Picture Publisher 8, Simply3D 3, Windows Draw 6 and
Media Manager 8 - four tools that work together to outperform any
other single package on the market.

I prefer not to use WYSIWYG editors at all. But if you don't mind horribly inefficient, invalid, and hard to read code most any HTML program works fine. Just watch out for MS FrontPage, it has it's own extensions that need to be activated on your webserver.

All WYSYWYG's have a more or less messy output, but a F#ckPage document can be recognized by the STENCH.
Basically it spins tables around everything it can, needed or not, mixes HTML tags and Style Sheets in a perverse way, specifies sizes for everything but don't care about which. Nothing is impossible
There's only one thing to say - BURN THE CRAP!!! :fork: :fork: :fork:

Have any of you guys that hate FrontPage so much every tried making a site with it that was actually a success?? Well I have. I've created a enourmous web site, which was receiving over 12,000 unique daily visitors.
If you've never tested something to its full potential, then why go around saying it sucks? FP2002 is a very powerful program, but guess you wouldn't know that since you hate WYSIWYG editors.
It's true that sometimes it's just faster to open up NotePad and edit something quickly and I do mostly use NotePad to edit my pages, but that is once I have created the site's layout with FP. You guys haven't tried it at all... and are dissing it like you've paid 2 million for it and it didn't do what you wanted it to do.... :confused2

Hey, don't take it so literally. Burn F*ckPage is kind of a joke around here. :)
I don't hate WYSIWYG. I think it fills a purpose. But nothing can convince me that FP is a good editor. I have tried it (but not really used it) and above all I've seen and cleaned a lot of pages produced by different people using FP. It's the same errors over and over again and the same tremendous bloat. I don't doubt you created a successful site with FP. Good code doesn't mean success. Good content and marketing do. Good code makes a page work better and load faster. It doesn't look better because it validates. Maybe you cleaned it up and had good code too.
What I don't see is why ppl always compare WYSIWYG and Notepad. You don't have to be a monk because you prefer text. I mean, there are text editors out there that have features that makes a WYSIWYG seem shy.
Sorry, I still say burn F*ckPage. :p

f*ckpage is crap!!!! burn it now!!!
If you want a WYSIWYG use dreamweaver it's very nice but the javascript doesn't work in NS6 :( except the roll overs which are all you'd use anyway!
dreamweaver does nice code plus you can edit the code in text form. It'll make your coding quicker but as I'm sure pu55cat would agree being able to hand code will let you create great pages. just relying on what your editor does will handicap you. If you want an onclick event in your tags then you can't rely on your editor to do it for you.
