Sorry, but I really have to disagree.
For starters, the navigation bar is littered with big, bulky and IMO ugly text. Pixels fonts set to overlay with a 1px black or white stroke work really well there, give it a shot :).
The header graphic is alright, but the halo text's bevel and emboss isn't set quite right. Instead of setting the shadow to black, try and modify it to a darker yellow or even a grayish colour. Also try and add more content to the back of it, its just blank at the moment.
Give those things a try, it should improve the quality of the template quite a bit.

Stop scaring all the newbies off. It's better than my first template :wink2: and is probably good enough to be sold on WebhostingTalk.com for $15 once its done. Keep up the good work veggie!

Thanks guys :D and I just looked at my psd file and I didn’t even bevel emboss it its just inner glow, inner shadow, and outer shadow. I took the text did a black inner glow and then a inner shadow and then a outer shadow, set it to (soft overlay) duplicated the text cleared all layer style and made it orange, no bevel emboss, but I appreciate the impute I’ll take note on the shadowing though :D

Looks great. For enhanced navigation I think adding some dropdown JS menu bars would look good. Under 'forum' you could have Register, Members, Forum Home, etc.

Slicing is probably the easiest thing to do, then imageready will do all the hard work for you with the coding.

it's kind of cool, but I don't like the font you used for the menu bar.. it's ugly and big. Try using tahoma, or any other simple font :)
