This company claims to set up most sites within 30 minutes. Well.. they took the money from my account in 30 minutes, but over 2 weeks later and I still did not have an account with them. Despite requesting a refund on 5 occasions, I am still waiting and have had to threaten legal action against them. Each time I write to their accounts they keep requesting the details which I registered with them so they can find my account. I DON'T have an account with them! They failed to give me one! They just took the money and despite repeatedly telling them and giving them all the details I possibly can, I just keep on getting the same lack of response. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague, the have showed blatant incompetence in all respects.

How did you pay?, if you paid via credit card then call your credit card company & request a chargeback, they will then gain the funds back & credit your account. Goodluck.

well, i have this client who is hosted at servage.net and moving to my hosting because they are having a lot of troubles wth servage.

Servage is overselling, and extremely at that. It is plain to see from their prices, I also know a few people who were hosted by them previously and have found them to be a huge problem.

However, I also know a few people who are hosted by them and are very happy. Its a mixed bunch, hopefully you can get your problems sorted out. As previously said your credit card company will be able to credit you back.

I have been with them for a while now, and have been extremely impressed with them ;) .
As for servage, I, again, have heard mixed comments about them. There are almost equal numbers of people who have had good experiences with them as there are bad.

A site of mine is hosted on servage, and I've had no problems with them at all. But then again, I've heard mixed reviews of them. It happens with most hosts; you have people who love them, and people who don't.

eMail them, this also helps to test there support for you & see how long it takes for them to reply.

As you can see some people have bad experiance with that company, and still you want to host with them :biggrin2: :eek2:

Anime webmasters are keen on dirt cheap hosting, as long as it's sort of online, it's ok for them.
