Anything against Stargateinc?

I am going to register a couple of domains soon and the cheapest place I know is Stargateinc for $8.
Is there anybody here that had bad experiences with them?

Tried using the TransferXpress at Stargate with my domainzero account. Doesn't work because of the lock thing. I tried contacting support for a few days. No replies at all.

Finally gave up, lost $8 for the transfer. Won't have anything to do with them anymore.
