You can recieve money without being verified... don't believe you can send it though.
You can also add a bank account or check/debit card instead.
This is for the US, by the way, the options are different for other countries.

It's safe, trust me. Paypal has had my bank account info for some 5 years now.
If you don't verify your Paypal account with a bank account or credit card though, how do you ever plan on sending money?

To send money instantly, please add a credit card or debit card to your account. Thats the exact message they give me when i try to transfer my funds or send them to another person with paypal.
Can anyone please help me?
I need to get this domain BADLY.

Just verify your Paypal account with a bank account. What do you think they're gonna do, steal all your money? Jeez.

Namecheap.com does not require a verifies paypal account. I have done this previously and I know that it works. However as said before, just add your bank account to your paypal. I have not done so myself but will be doing so after this bank holiday period, Its not as if Paypal will steal from you.

Paypal will make two small deposits into your bank account.
You will then have to input the two amounts into a form on their website and your account will then be verified.

You can send money via paypal using a non-verified account if the account is canadian. If its U.S, then i dont think its possible.
