Help!Firstly,i want to ask how much data transfer does ProHosting have?If ProHosting doesn't have unlimited data transfer(bandwidth),please tell me a free website provider which has at least the following requirements:
25MB web space
Unlimited data transfer
No popups or frames ad(banners, textlinks, buttons are ok)
Allows my own ads
Short URL(I hate those with /dir/dir/dir/dir/dir/dir/dir/you,try Subdomain please)
--
Please help me find them!
I have been finding them since Homestead personal closed their free service.

Doesn't freewebspace.net offer a search engine to find a site that offers that? :)
And if you can find a site with what you are looking for without a sub-domain address you can always get something like -------- offers or www.brettmeyers.com offers free sub-domains.

if they don't tell you about the bandwidth up front on the services page, assume it's """""""""""""""""""*U*N*L*I*M*I*T*E*D*"""""""""""""""""""

I know most small free hosts bull---- about their connection. Most of them are on residential dsl or cable. Therefore Unlimited bandwidth. Other hosts with a REAL good connection don't really monitor bandwidth per site because they simply can't do it unless they invest the money to do so.
You're better off trying a good small host since cgi executes fairly quickly on any server, so try one a small host on cable.

The trick to free web space providers is to pick one that doesn't have unlimited bandwidth because if it says unlimited bandwidth, it either
a) Has Evil ugly ads
b)is down half the time

Or c.) They're just lying about the bandwidth.

Check @home's TOS, you never know, you still may be able to run it off your current connection. RoadRunner allows you to run non-NT servers, according to my friends.
