GoDaddy.com is a domains and hosting service,if I buy a domain in there,can I change nameserver for own?

yes you can change the nameservers, every domain that is sold, can have the domains nameservers change.
Side note ours as well, if purchased from me, you can specify the nameserevrs you need.

Yes, though the same is the case with all domain name registrars. Just login to your account and replace the default nameservers with your host's ones. :)

okay, please read the other post if you dont have a credit card or debit card, godaddy wont work. must have one of them in your paypal account for it to work

by the way,how long time the domain will produce effect?

normally depending on were your server is located, no more then 12 hrs. i know sometimes ours only take 1-4 hours.

It could take up to 48 hours.

but thats just for the domain, then you need to pay for the services like dns mannagement ect.

DNS Management is included. I get all my domains there and can point them to where I like.

Oh hang on, I know what you are talking about:
Managed DNS Service allows you to manage DNS Zone records for your domain name. You can Add / Modify / Delete A, CNAME, MX, NS and SOA records for your domain name for ONLY USD 0.99 per year
It is less than a dollar and is really not needed.
