I can't seem to log into my FTP account on themen02.exit.de. I'm on the PC clan, and I just can't log in to the FTP server. This is the error I get:
Can't connect to remote server. Socket error = #10061.
Please could someone help me! I'm getting no help at their end - they're German! (don't understand me!)
