Unmetered is more the right word, that means you don't have any limit that you cannot extend over, and you can use as much as you need and don't have any line of what you could use, then the hostings usually refill it when it's out.

If it wasin't out then it whould be Unlimited but everything has it's limit, Unmetered is just a way that you can extend over a limit and use more if you need too but it still doesn't mean you can use it as many times as you want without refilling it, it sorta means that you could use how much that you need but there is a limit and Unlimited means you could use how much that you want and there is no limit.

Unlimited means that there is no limit at all and you could use how much you want as many times as you want it, if that was the case then they whouldn't be needed to refill the bandwidth if you could use as much as you want.

Unmetered is more applicable to dedicated servers. In a shared environment it is best to avoid hosts that claim to offer unlimited or unmetered bandwidth. :)
