Roxr is the best hoster that you get. I know why people choose roxr for the best free hosting. I am happy with the services and you may put the ads yourself. And there was a update on roxr. THERE ARE NO FORCED ADS ON YOUR SITE. You can add 10 mysql database on roxr. 200 mb space, 30 gb bandwidth. But if you use a package like 3, Then you have 250 mb space, 40 gb bandwidth, No ads so you can remove the ads. Use roxr and you have the happiest hosting time ever and the best support team! Very good host, has the greatest variety of utilities I've ever seen in a free host. Just requires a form approval.
It is a very good site supporting PHP and Mysql. What you need to do is just to fill in a form and then you will be approved next day. It is so great.
