I've been looking for months and months for someone to provide me with free hosting. I want to make a personal, noncommercial site that will include all of my graphics and all of my music videos. And because music videos take up a lot of space, I find it necessary to have a lot of space >.< And bandwidth for that matter.
I don't require any of those special things like fantastico or anything- just an ftp client so that I can upload my various things- and I also need to know if there is a file size limit for uploading as well, as my videos can get up to 20 mb.

I WILL post ads for whoever hosts me, as long as the ad isn't annoying to any of my visitors.
I prefer none of those post for host websites, because I already have to post 30 times a week for another website that I'm keeping, and it's just stressful, trying to get that many every week, especially if you are busy.
I'd like instant activation, though that isn't required
