Yes, but it is a violation of their TOS, and you will lose your domain. That is also an "illegal activity" and we arent suposed to discuss stuff like that here :(

If he tells you how, and you're committing a crime, he's an accomplice and he can get in trouble for it too. :P

You can use a javascript to break out of frames.
I use it for when a site makes a link to my site within a frame.
Also works to get rid of the hotmail topframe when I send the address to someone.:)

have your homepage as just a link saying enter here , and use the following html code for a link
<a href="http://www.yoursitename.com/yourmainpage" target="_top"> your link text </a>
been doing it for about a year , they never got me done

There's nothing wrong with what JustinSurfer did, because the URL wouldn't be showing in the address bar after the link is clicked, plus the ad already loaded. If you used a javascript, then the ad wouldn't get a chance to load.
BTW, anyone out there use a -------- URL cloak, but don't want someone loading your site inside his/her site's frameset and still want to keep the -------- address in the browser bar? Then you would use this script (change [] to <>):
<!--
if (parent != top)
top.location.href = "http://yourname----------/";
// -->
Notice PARENT instead of SELF.
