There's gotta be something more than that to it. They host tons of anime sites. I used to host one there. We otakus use EVERYTHING a host gives us and more. If they were overselling to a large extent there servers would have done been annihalated. :P Maby they are like GoDaddy. More serevrs than they know what to do with :biggrin2:
