Let me clarify a few things.
1) Ads. We're ad-driven hosting, after you site is up and running and we review it, we add ads (no popups or annoying crap like rich media though).
2) Rules. For those of you who don't want to read the whole terms page, here's a quick summary:
I. All websites must be in English language. No exceptions.
II. No download-oriented sites (no mp3's, warez, etc.)
III. Site shouldn't be just a redirect to another site.
IV. If you don't upload website within week after registration, account will be deleted.
V. All accounts breaking rules are deleted without warnings.
3) Services. If you see any of services (cpanel etc.) not working, please report it to our support forums (http://www.addyour.net/forum/), so it can be fixed ASAP.

Move your files inside public_html folder, they won't be accessible if they remain in your root folder.

1- the hoster deleted all the accounts donno why ?
2- the hoster close his offers ...

AddYour.net January 13th, 2006, 08:51 There are two main reasons, first is that we can't properly review non-English sites (and our upstream provider is very strict about legal stuff), and second is that our advertising sponsors do not support non-English content.
There are lots of free hosting providers who don't have such a restriction, just check other offers on this board/site.

Yes, some of the features are disabled (mostly redundand features, or ones that pose a security risk).
