you want hosting companies to fight over what you need? i suggest you go over to WHT. i suggest you go with inoverse (their unmoderated bandwidth means ~50 GB/mo)

I want ~100MB, cgi, ssi, ftp, and it should be very CHEAP , domain, thats about it. o ya , adult material allowed .. would also be nice.

how much transfer do you need?
adult content...hosts charge more for that because hosting adult content runs the risk of them getting kicked off their co-locater/dedicated host...
