Does reward hits pay?

I've been browsing the web and I found http://rewardhits.com and they said they are paying 0.20$ per visitor on your member ID. I just want to know if they pay or not.

on the site it says that they need at least 3 months to pay you.

They have to have been up for a while longer now, until February I think, then they should start paying out.

well they needed 3 months to get the money sum to pay, so around feb 5th they say that they can pay.

.20 per visitor does not seem feasible... Most sites pay that or less per click.

The $0.20 used in the FAQ was just an example. That will not be the actual conversion rate. That should then clear up any confusion on reward hits.
