You could withdraw to your bank and then add it to your stormpay account

I think you would need to go through a independent e-currency exchanger. But be aware that paypal not allowed this type of exchange. Be carefull.

The other way as ebittner mentioned here is good way to go. You need withdrawal the cash from paypal to your bank account and then add a credit card to your stormpay account so you can make payments using it. :classic2:
