paypal help!

dont know if this is in the right section but im confused about paypal

ive set up funding through bank account they deposted two small fees into my bank i enterd the amount on paypal ect

now i havent set up a credit or debit card for my paypal account becuase i dont own one i tried to purchase a .com domain from fxdomains i agree to the mercahnts agreement i press contunie and wants me to put in my card number and stuff

so what im asking is cant i buy anything through paypal with a debit or credit card

it was my understanding you could use paypal with out a debit card

as soon as i agreed it told me to enter card detials so didnt get to choose

maybe its becuase i was buying the domian in us dollars and my paypal is UK

PayPal will do the conversion from £ to $

I guess you've either selected the wrong payment option at fxdomain or you should be talking to PayPal support.

More likely as PP has no funding source and wouldn't authorise it.

You may have to wait a few days if you did enter a bank account info that will allow them to verify it by taking a couple of small amounts that you will have to authenticate when you can access the account for this info.

If there is no funding info you will not be able to use PP.

Log into your account and make sure there is a 'Primary' payment method set.
