Help Finding the right host

I really need help finding a good webhost. Here's what I need:
Advertisement: No Pop-ups
I need footbanner or no ads

Space: At least 30 MB

File size Limit: At Least 6 MB

Anyone seen a good host?

no ads is a problem. hosts' that don't make any revenue don't stay in business for a long time. (notice i said revenue, not CPM or money from ads)

i guess the ads don't bug me. The only problem was that my website layout looks terrible with any banners at the top. I really don't know what to do....

www.worldzone.net . I think that their file limit is smaller. They have a footbanner.
